CAFÉ HÖIJER

Höijer LR--3.jpg

At Café Höijer, art lovers can crown their museum visit by enjoying the beautiful atmosphere and a classic café selection. We serve speciality coffees, savoury and sweet delicacies, as well as wines – all served at the table.

The café is named after architect Theodor Höijer, the designer of the Ateneum building. Over the years, the Café Höijer space has hosted various functions, including the Sculpture Hall of the Finnish Art Academy, the Museum of Contemporary Art Studio N of the Finnish National Gallery, and Café Cubus during the Picasso exhibition. The space has also served as one of Ateneum’s exhibition halls.
